Over the past 12 weeks I have developed so much more confidence, not just at the gym but generally.  Im loving lifting and the support we get from Katie and Dean is great.   Everything has been planned and worked out so we progressively lift heavier without injury. I love how we are all so proud of each other and encourage each other. 

I am lifting weights I wouldn’t have even thought about - 17.5kg I’m looking at you! I have lost inches and am so much more toned.

I’ve just completed the 12 week strength programme. The support and encouragement from Dean, Katie and the other participants helped me to be consistent and push myself to increase the weight I could lift which increased muscle my definition. The program also provided valuable, easy to follow meal ideas which helped me focus on nutrition.

Taking part in the 12 week strength transformation program has been a great journey. I’ve become significantly stronger-lifting weights I never thought I could, and for the first time, I can do pull-ups!  I have regained focus and healthy eating habits again. 

Beyond the physical results, including shedding excess weights and feeling slightly trimmer, i’ve genuinely enjoyed the process.  The environment is incredibly supportive, with encouragement coming not just from the instructors but also from fellow participants.  It’s been a truly empowering and rewarding experience.
