Biomechanics 

We also offer Biomechanics Training. This is perfect for people who want to optimise performance in sports, prevent recurring injuries and heal current ones. Biomechanics works by assessing the bodies functions and needs. It looks at force application and how to use it to improve performance, body alignment, strength, flexibility and injury prevention. All vital pieces of the puzzle to leading an injury free lifestyle!

Running Coach

Our instructor, Dean, has lots of experience in training for all types of running events, making him perfect to train you! His knowledge in body mechanics, training techniques and schedules ensures you are ready for those challenging runs!
