Our Indoor Bootcamp sessions run on a Monday and Wednesday evening at 6:30pm-7:30pm

Viking's Jump
Viking's Jump is run on a Tuesday evening at 7:15pm and Thursday evening at 6:30pm. These classes are 1 hour.
Weekdays
Morning and early evening.
Rolling Timetable
Our earlybird morning classes and evening classes run on a rolling schedule. A selection of Tabata, Boxing, Cardio HIIT, Strength, Shred and HIITSTEP! These classes start from 5pm and last for 45 minutes!
