Vikings Jump

Vikings Jump is a fun and dynamic class focusing on improving cardiovascular fitness whilst reducing stress on your joints.

Tabata

Tabata is a high-intensity training in which you complete 8, 20 second rounds on each exercise to maximise calorie burn.

Indoor Bootcamp

Indoor Bootcamp offers a mix of cardio and strength exercises in a group setting, perfect for all fitness levels.

Vikings Strength

Vikings Strength is a class focused on building muscle strength and endurance through various weight training exercises.

Vikings Shred

Vikings Shred combines high intensity cardio with strength exercises. This is the ultimate class for burning calories whilst also building strength.

 Cardio HIIT

Cardio HIIT combines a range of exercises with high effort, short burst rounds to maximise calorie burn.

HIITSTEP

HIITSTEP is a full body workout class using only a step to combine HIIT with music, making for a fun and enjoyable workout!

Boxing

Boxing is a class that combines the basics of boxing with a high intensity cardio workout using gloves and pads.

Indoor Bootcamp

Our Indoor Bootcamp sessions run on a Monday and Wednesday evening at 6:30pm-7:30pm

Viking's Jump

Viking's Jump is run on a Tuesday evening at 7:15pm and Thursday evening at 6:30pm. These classes are 1 hour.

Weekdays

Morning and early evening. 

Rolling Timetable

Our earlybird morning classes and evening classes run on a rolling schedule. A selection of Tabata, Boxing, Cardio HIIT, Strength, Shred and HIITSTEP! These classes start from 5pm and last for 45 minutes!
