MEET THE COACH
Hi I'm Dean! I'm ex forces, I am proud to have served with 1 Royal Anglian (hence the logo!), which included a tour of Afghanistan in 2007. I include my knowledge of military fitness when designing programes and I know the mind set needed to push you to get a fitter you. I have certificates in boxing, meaning that I have the skills to mix up your training regime and help you have fun whilst achieving your goals. I also know that training doesn’t achieve the best results in isolation - that’s why I offer nutritional advice and guidance alongside my training expertise.
28 DAY CHALLENGE
I have designed a 28 day transformation programme to kick start your weight loss journey. I will work with you throughout the 28 days to keep you on track with your nutrition and help with changing your mindset. If your stuck and feel like your hitting a brick wall with your fitness goals then why not book in for a free taster session and I can put you through a workout and discuss how we can help you acheive your goals. You also won’t be on your own – there will be a team of you embarking on the journey together and you will no doubt because good friends. We will be sharing tips, encouraging each other and even sharing recipes (if you don’t cook now, it’s very likely you’ll end up cooking some pretty tasty meals yourself!).
